Community Guidelines

OnVerse is a premium immersive platform dedicated to authentic human connection. These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) set clear expectations for all users and creators. By using OnVerse, you agree to abide by these Guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to enforce these Guidelines at our sole discretion. Violations may result in content removal, warnings, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, or forfeiture of platform privileges, including any earned utility token rewards.

1. Core Principles

• •Real Humans Only: All content must feature real human individuals. AI-generated, synthetic, deepfake, animated, or artificially created content is strictly prohibited.
• •Respect and Dignity: Treat every user and creator with respect. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or targeted negativity will not be tolerated.
• •Authenticity and Presence: Share genuine moments. Inauthentic, deceptive, or highly performative behavior that undermines the immersive experience is not permitted.
• •Safety and Compliance: All activity must comply with applicable laws and these Guidelines.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not post, stream, or engage in any of the following:

• •Violations of the Real-Human Policy: Any content that includes AI-generated, synthetic, or fabricated material.
• •Hate Speech or Discrimination: Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• •Harassment or Bullying: Threats, stalking, doxxing, or repeated unwanted negative interactions.
• •Illegal or Harmful Content: Content that promotes illegal activities, self-harm, or exploitation.
• •Spam and Manipulation: Artificial inflation of metrics, fake engagement, or unsolicited commercial messages outside of approved sponsor channels.
• •Intellectual Property Infringement: Uploading content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• •Misleading or Deceptive Practices: False representations about yourself, your content, or the Platform.

3. Co-Verse and Shared Spaces

Co-Verse is intended for respectful, real-time human connection. In these spaces:

• •Do not record, screenshot, or share sessions without the explicit consent of all participants.
• •Maintain appropriate conduct and a calm atmosphere.
• •Disruptive, harmful, or abusive behavior may result in immediate removal from the session and potential account sanctions.

4. Journaling and Private Features

• •Your private journal entries are for your personal use and are protected with strong encryption.
• •If you choose to share journal content publicly or in Co-Verse, you are fully responsible for that content and must comply with these Guidelines.

5. Enforcement and Appeals

• •OnVerse may remove content, issue warnings, suspend, or permanently ban accounts for violations.
• •Enforcement decisions are made at OnVerse’s sole discretion and are final.
• •Users may appeal enforcement actions by contacting support@onverse.io within 14 days, providing relevant details. We will review appeals in good faith but are not obligated to reverse decisions.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Guidelines, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting tool or by emailing community@onverse.tv. Provide as much detail as possible to help us respond effectively.

7. Changes to Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Guidelines.
