OnVerse Terms of Service

Welcome to OnVerse. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OnVerse platform, website, Progressive Web App, mobile applications, and any associated services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by OnVerse LLC (“OnVerse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

OnVerse is a premium immersive streaming platform dedicated to authentic human connection and real human creators. The Platform provides tools for content discovery, streaming, private journaling, shared experiences, and other immersive features.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access core features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Real-Human Content Policy

All content uploaded, streamed, or shared on OnVerse must feature real human individuals only. AI-generated, synthetic, deepfake, animated, or artificially created content is strictly prohibited.

By posting content, you represent and warrant that every person appearing in it is a real human who has given explicit consent. Violation of this policy may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, or termination.

5. Platform Economy and Utility Token

The Platform includes an internal utility token system that enables certain features and rewards. Use of the utility token is subject to additional rules and applicable laws. We may modify, suspend, or terminate aspects of the token economy at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The OnVerse name, logo, visual identity, and all related technology are owned by OnVerse LLC. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display your content on the Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• •Violate the Real-Human Content Policy
• •Engage in harassment, hate speech, or illegal activities
• •Attempt to manipulate metrics or engage in spam
• •Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes outside approved channels

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida, USA.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
